Richard Plaster is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Homes Las Vegas, with over 30 years of experience in the home building and real estate industries. In 1978, Richard Plaster formed Plaster Development Company, Inc. and Nevpro, Inc., a licensed Nevada real estate brokerage firm specializing in new home sales. The company adopted the marketing name Signature Homes to reflect the company’s philosophy of accountability and quality artistry. Since then, Signature Homes has been known as one of the oldest privately held local homebuilders and real estate companies, building more than thirteen thousand homes, condominiums, and apartments throughout the Las Vegas Valley! As the Founder and Chief Executive, Richard Plaster is highly respected for his ability to build flexibility into his business plans and devise new land planning concepts that achieve the highest and best use of assets to meet existing market needs. Richard employs an economist’s approach in his astute analysis of historical industry data, enabling him to identify future market trends. In addition, Mr. Plaster plans to bridge the past with the present by breathing life into a new renaissance of Signature Homes, by building quality homes with craftsmanship, and a growing a successful team to match the needs of the current housing demand. Before Signature, Richard’s initial professional experience was working for what became one of the largest privately held home building companies in the United States – Lewis Homes. At that time, the firm was relatively small, so Richard had the opportunity of a high level of interaction with two generations of the Lewis family. Richard was tutored in the business by experts and in charge of sales, marketing, and land acquisition. He was with Lewis from September 1973 until June 1978. Shortly after, Richard struck out on his own and formed Plaster Development Company, Inc. As head of the largest privately-owned homebuilder in Southern Nevada, Richard is always looking to the future of development in the growing Las Vegas market. Today Signature Homes has plans to develop and build over a dozen new communities spanning throughout the Las Vegas Valley with a projection of over 200 homes built over the next two years and further expansion beyond. Richard was elected president of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association in 1989 and president of the Homeowners Warranty (HOW) Council from 1985 to 1990. He has been National Representative for The State of Nevada to the National Association of Home Builders. He is currently active on the boards of the Southern Nevada Homebuilders, Meadows School, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and the Las Vegas Philharmonic. Richard is a proud father of three and a grandfather of four. He began Signature working closely with his late and beloved wife, Wendy Plaster. Mr. Plaster earned his Bachelor of Arts in behavioral psychology from Stanford University and his MBA in economics from The University of California Berkeley. As an MBA student, Richard spent nine months working with the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi, India. -

Brian Plaster currently serves as the President at Signature Management. Mr. Plaster has spent his entire career in the real estate, construction, lending, renovation, and property management fields. Brian has extensive experience with both custom and production home building and has held executive roles in Signature Homes and Signature Custom Homes. Brian started his career as a licensed loan officer in the state of Texas prior to joining the construction team at Signature Homes. Brian also serves as the broker for Signature Realty and supervises the management of single-family rentals, client relations, and investment sales. As President, Brian Plaster oversees and leads the Signature Management team in business operations, property acquisitions, community development, marketing, community renovations, and fiscal accountability. Mr. Plaster uses his innovation, local-industry knowledge and relationships, and extensive hands-on construction experience to create successful renovation projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Brian Plaster is a senior board member of the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and is an active board member. Mr. Plaster is an avid trail runner, a marathon champion, and has competed in numerous ultra-distance races up to 100 km. Brian has used his racing platform to raise more than $40,000 for HomeAid of Southern Nevada as well as ill Signature employees. Mr. Plaster’s favorite activity is snowboarding in deep, steep powder and can often be found at Lee Canyon during the winter months. In his personal time, Brian likes to explore the designs and architecture found in large cities throughout the world. He uses travel as a source of inspiration to bring back ideas for projects in Las Vegas. When Brian is not traveling, he enjoys working in his garden, riding mountain bikes with friends, playing with his dogs, and enjoying time with his awesome family. Brian has been happily married to Maggie Plaster, a Deputy Director with the City of Las Vegas for 21 years. He is a proud father of two musically and academically talented children, Coleman and Gabby. Mr. Plaster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of South (Sewanee, Tennessee) along with a Master of Science degree in Geography from Texas State University (San Marcos, TX). -

Mary Graziano is the Vice President of Operations at Signature Management, bringing over 24 years of comprehensive property management experience to the role. Since beginning her career in 2001, Mary has maintained a deep passion for the industry, consistently driving operational excellence and team success. In her current role, Mary oversees all aspects of company operations, including organizational leadership, policy development and compliance, capital improvement planning, multifamily renovations, and day-to-day management. Her strategic oversight and commitment to high standards ensure that Signature Management's goals are not only met but consistently exceeded across all levels of the organization. Mary has proudly dedicated more than 12 years to Signature Management. Prior to joining the company, she spent 13 years with two of the largest and most respected property management firms in Las Vegas, rising through the ranks from Leasing Consultant to District Manager. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous accolades, including the esteemed Property Manager of the Year award and several peer-nominated honors. Committed to continuous professional growth, Mary holds her ARM and PM designations, is Universal HVAC certified, and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through IREM. Beyond her professional career, Mary is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a strong passion for health and wellness. She enjoys high-energy boot camp workouts and has recently taken up running as part of her active lifestyle. A creative spirit, Mary also performs with a local belly dance troupe and has long been involved in community theatre, both on stage and behind the scenes as a director. Mary is deeply family-oriented and cherishes time spent with her husband and their growing family. She is a proud mother to her grown son and finds immense joy in being a grandmother—her granddaughter is the newest light of her life. -

Gene Beck began his career in multifamily property management in 2001, starting out as a Porter/Painter. With previous experience as an industrial painter and skills gained as a Materials & Logistics Coordinator, Gene quickly progressed through the ranks, gaining experience in all supporting roles and developing a deep understanding of the industry.
